Food supplement made from S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine (SAMe), oat, minerals, vitamins and other nutrients. Oat helps relaxation in times of stress and promotes mental well-being. Magnesium, vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12, C and biotin, combined with folic acid, contribute to normal psychological functions whereas, in combination with copper and vitamin B2, support a natural and healthy functioning nervous system.
