How to use
We recommend taking 2 level scoops (15 g) dissolved in a large glass of water (about 250 ml), 1 to 2 times a day at any time (15 to 30 g a day). Pour the powder into the dry glass, add water and then mix. If desired, the daily dose can be dissolved in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day; shake before use. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
