How to use
We recommend taking 1 scoop (2.4 g) dissolved in water, to be slowly sipped, one to two times a day at any time (2.4 to 4.8 g a day), better if after brushing your teeth. Pour the powder into the dry glass, add the water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
