Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, and biotin promote regular function of the nervous system, folic acid improves psychological function and vitamin B5 helps maintain normal mental performance. * The beneficial effects are observed when taking, just before bedtime: 1 mg of melatonin (sleep); a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel, continuing for a few days after arrival at destination (jet lag).
