How to use
It is suggested to taste it neat, with ice or with hot water and a lemon peel. The best way to serve it as a digestif is neat at a temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius° or at room temperature. Alternatively, it can be served with a lot of ice as a tonic during hot weather. It pairs well with desserts in general and, in particular, with spoon desserts and vanilla or “fior di latte” ice cream.

It consists of subsequent and repeated distillations, up to 7 or 9 times. Distillation indeed continues as long as you reach the final separation of a volatile salt contained in common distilled alcohol, until you achieve its complete purification.
