How to use
We recommend taking 5 level scoops (25 g) dissolved or blended in at least 250 ml of water, once or twice a day (25 to 50 g per day); suggested at any time as a nutrient for everyone, or immediately after physical exercise to replenish. Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
