How to use
We recommend 1 drop (0.03 ml) before going to sleep. To reduce the effects of jet lag, it is recommended that you start the intake the first day of your trip and continue for a few days after arriving at your destination. Apply a drop on your tongue and wait about 1 minute before swallowing. Measuring dropper supplied in the pack. Keep the product out of the refrigerator even after opening.
