How to use
We recommend that you take 1 scoop (5 ml) diluted in little water, one to four times a day at any time (5 to 20 ml a day). We recommend that you drink the product in small sips to improve sublingual assimilation. If desired, the daily dose may be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day.
