Food supplement containing herbs and minerals. Chromium contributes to keeping normal blood glucose levels whereas zinc, in combination with gymnema, jambul and fenugreek, promote carbohydrate metabolism. Gymnema can also help control appetite and lipid metabolism.

How to use
We recommend taking 5 tablets one to three times a day on an empty stomach or before a meal (5 to 10 tablets a day). Close accurately after use.
