How to use
We recommend taking 2 level scoops (15 g) dissolved in half a glass of water (about 150 ml), once or twice a day at any time (15 to 30 g a day). If desired, the daily dose may be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
