How to use
We recommend taking 10 ml in hot or cold water, one to two times a day at any time (10 to 20 ml a day). If desired, the daily dose may be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Recommended 30 minutes before a meal. Shake before use. Measuring cup included in the package. Keep the product out of the refrigerator even after opening.
