How to use
We recommend taking 10 ml diluted in a glass of water, one to three times a day at any time (10 to 30 ml a day). If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Shake before use. Measuring cup included in the pack. Keep the product out of the refrigerator even after opening.

Pure water, burdock (Arctium lappa) fresh herb and root W.L.E., bidistilled vegetable glycerine, magnesium glycerophosphate, (L-)histidine, dog rose (Rosa canina) fruit D.E. (titrated to 50% vitamin C), zinc gluconate, ferric ammonium citrate, choline HCL or hydrochloride, Vitamin B3 (niacinamide); natural sweeteners: steviol glycosides from stevia, thaumatin; copper sulfate, Vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), activated Vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5-phosphate sodium), activated Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), Vitamin B1 (thiamine), potassium iodide, activated folic acid (L-methylfolate calcium), biotin, activated Vitamin B12 (5-deoxyadenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin).
