How to use
Best ways to consume it:
1 full teaspoon (about 4 g) in half a glass of water, one to two times a day, at any time.
External use: in a saucepan, add some water to the amount needed for the part of the body on which you wish to make a poultice (a glass for every spoon of Altheavis); simmer for about 10 minutes, until you get a sort of "mush". Using a spoon, put this "mush" on some cotton wool and apply warm on the affected part; cover with a cloth and put a hot-water bottle over it for 15-20 minutes; repeat the operation one to three times a day.
